history of the owner:

Leo Libigs started in the injection molding business when he was in high school at the age of 18. He quickly became shift foreman, and shortly after he became maintenance manager. With his knowledge of machine maintenance he decided to further his career by becoming a field service technician for Toshiba, a leader of injection molding machines. At 29, Leo was traveling the world fixing machines for other companies who didn’t have the knowledge or skill to fix them themselves. 8 years later he got bored of traveling and started The Molding Group in the year 2000. With 45 years of molding experience he has been successfully running the company ever since.

history of the manager:

Aleks Libigs, like his father, started working in the business when he was in high school. With a great teacher he quickly became a mold technician. Now he manages The Molding Group with over 15 years in the business.
