What size presses do we house?

All of our presses are Toshiba all electric. Electric presses are consistent, precise, and energy efficient from shot to shot.

We house multiple presses which include 110, 65, and 45 ton.

The largest shot size per ton press is as follows:

110 - 5.82 oz.

65 - 2.22 oz.

45 - 2.01 oz.

The manufacturing of new tools/molds?

We have a great relationship with a tool/mold maker for over 18 years. If you have a print, files, or part, we can manufacture your product.

What is a “quick” mold change?

While most molders charge a set-up fee, we do not. Our magnetic mounting plates can quickly secure the tool/mold in the designated position.

Why use robots?

We invested in robotics which allows us to sort, trim, and perform other various tasks without the need of assistance.

What is running, “lights out?”

We run 24/7 without additional personal. Our plant runs 2nd and 3rd shift unattended. The monitoring systems on our machines automatically stop production if the parameters are not consistently met. Our conveyors reverse in the case of a reject, causing the faulty part to be separated. Rejected parts are rare during production, electric presses are consistent, precise, and energy efficient from shot to shot.
